Kailua, located on Oahu’s windward side, is most known for its stunning three mile long rock and coral free beaches, consistently named by Dr. Beach as being one of the most beautiful and best beaches in the world; along with Lanikai, the two make for one of the most sought after places on the planet.  This in addition to Kaiwanui Marsh and the twin islands which serve as bird sanctuaries, as well as places around which visitors and residents alike enjoy exceptional hiking, exploring, diving, fishing, surfing, kayak and paddling, as well as much needed R&R.

We at Century 21 Kailua Beach Realty strongly believe that to know where you are going, you must know what has been, as well as where you are at.  Most real estate companies have a cyclical life, and many small, local ones, although effective and successful, don’t necessarily stick around.  We follow in the footsteps of great local companies headed by Lea Thropp, Bob and Jean Wade of Wade Realty, and finally John Dilks and Irene Jacobs of Dilks & Jacobs.  Celebrating 25 years as a company in the same location we started out in, C21 Kailua Beach Realty has proven that it has staying power despite all else, due to our rich history and intimate knowledge of the real estate business and the community of Kailua – proof of which lies in our thriving history of selling property before it ever hits the market.
