About Debra:

Debra Martin has been a resident of Oahu for over twelve years and her compassion for the Hawaiian culture, beauty, and the outdoors is what has made Hawaii her home. 

Currently, Debra serves on the Board of Directors of Kukilakila Community Association and is the Chair of the Maintenance Committee. She believes strongly in giving back to the community by donating her time and energy in order to make our community one of the best places to live.

Debra has 17 years of experience in Government Contracting and specializes in developing and administering subcontracts for construction projects. She feels that finding the right property is similar to finding the right product and both are extremely rewarding especially when an sales agent finds the perfect home for a buyer. From many successful years in contracting, Debra has gained valuable contracting experience that offers priceless professional representation in the real estate market.

Debra has a Bachelors of Art Degree in Public Policy and Administration from California State University of Bakersfield. 

Outside of work, Debra enjoys boogie boarding, walking the beach and hiking trails with her Cavalier King Charles Spaniel, Rusty Boy.  She also collects beach glass and shells and makes jewelry and things for her family and friends.
