About Patricia:

Raised in Pittsburgh, PA, with good traditional values, Patricia has enjoyed living in Hawaii for the past 35 years.

Patricia earned her Realtor-Associate license in 1987 after working as a legal secretary and administrative assistant.  In 1996 she earned her Broker's license and worked with Castle Medical Center's Development office, evaluating and selling properties donated to them in the forms of Gift Annuities and Charitable Remainder Trusts.

A life-long learner, Patricia went on to earn the Accredited Buyers' Representative designation in 2009 which continues to tune her into Buyers' needs as well as environmental issues that may affect them.

Patricia believes that in life as well as in business, a positive point of view can make even the most challenging situation a worthwhile and rewarding experience.  Selling or purchasing real estate is rarely a simple matter, and the energy and sense of cooperation Patricia brings to the transaction makes the potentially stressful experience of changing residences or investments into a happy experience of moving closer to goals and dreams.
