About Joel:
Joel has been a Hawaii resident since 1961 and has been in the real estate business here since 1978. Although he travels statewide to do business, he specializes in the Lanikai, Kailua, Kaneohe, beachside and beachfront markets.
Being a life long resident of Lanikai has helped Joel to develop his knowledge of the homes located here. Joel has sold more Lanikai properties than any other single agent and is consistently in the top 2% of agents on Oahu. When new clients come his way, Joel knows which properties may be of interest to them, and makes the home buying and or selling process a breeze.
For people coming from outside of Windward Oahu, Joel specializes in buyer representation. Not only does he know the market very well, he also knows a lot of the sellers and their property histories. Business aside, Joel enjoys enjoy fishing, lobster-netting, walking on the beach, snow skiing, boating and traveling. His travels have included a breathtaking safari in Botswana, a week-long boat ride down the beautiful Charente River in France, and a visit to the English countryside that included a friend's birthday celebration in a 15th century barn. In 2001 Joel and his wife joined the BMW Tour of Italy, the BMW tour of France in 2002 and the BMW Tour to Greece and Italy in 2004. 2005 found the Cavasso family in Bali and Singapore, followed by Italy and Turkey in 2006, and then to enjoy the Australian vineyards in 2007. This year we have been to the first Sino American Real Estate Expo in Beijing and then off to the BMW France and Italy "speed a-thon", and most recently the South Island of New Zealand looking for Real Estate investments.
After all my travels, I can definitely say without prejudice that Hawaii is the best place to call home! Be it your first, second, or retirement home, Hawaii is "No ka oi" (the best).
